Ipinahayag ni Cotabato Vice Governor Rochella Marie โ€œEllaโ€ Taliรฑo Taray ang buong suporta at paghanga sa tagumpay ni PMA Cadet First Class Guidson T. Domingo, 24, mula sa Kabacan, Cotabato, na nagbigay ng karangalan sa bansa matapos magtapos na may mataas na parangal sa Republic of Korea Military Academy (ROKMA).

Noong Pebrero 27, 2026, nagtapos si Domingo sa kursong Bachelor of Science in International Relations at tumanggap ng tatlong prestihiyosong parangal: Star Cadet Award, Outstanding Foreign Cadet Award at ang Republic of Korea Army Comradeship Award.

Ayon kay Vice Governor Ella, ang tagumpay ni Domingo ay patunay ng husay at kakayahan ng mga Cotabateรฑo na makipagsabayan sa pandaigdigang larangan. Binanggit niya na ang ganitong uri ng tagumpay ay nagbibigay-inspirasyon sa kabataan ng lalawigan upang magsikap at mangarap nang mas mataas.

Si Domingo ay kabilang sa PMA โ€œBagong Sinagโ€ Class of 2024 at ipinadala sa South Korea sa ilalim ng Foreign Pre-Commissioning Training Institution (FPCTI) program, na bahagi ng mas matibay na ugnayan sa edukasyon at depensa ng Pilipinas at South Korea.

Ang tagumpay ni Domingo ay maituturing naman na hindi lamang personal na karangalan kundi isang kolektibong pagmamalaki ng Cotabato at ng buong Kabacan, na patuloy na nagbubunga ng mga lider na kinikilala sa lalawigan at kundi pati na sa buong mundo.
