Residents of Bukidnon with cleft lip and cleft palate, clubfoot, and thyroid conditions such as goiter are encouraged to participate in the ongoing screening for a free surgical mission set for August 24–29, 2025, at the Bukidnon Provincial Medical Center (BPMC).

Dr. Miguel Antonio C. Prantilla, BPMC Chief, shared that screenings are being held at BPMC and health centers throughout the province.

This mission, in collaboration with Maharlika Charity Foundation, Inc., aims to provide free surgical care to underprivileged patients with limited access to medical services.

Conditions covered:

Cleft lip and cleft palate (“ngabil ug ngalangala nga buak”)

Clubfoot (“baliko ang tiil”)

Thyroid problems such as goiter

Qualified patients will be scheduled for surgery during the mission week. Interested individuals or guardians are advised to proceed to the nearest health center or BPMC for assessment.
