To our dear MHO, Marie Cris S. Idio-Malaga, MD and also to our PHN Ma’am Joycee D. Bialen, RN. Maraming salamat po for guidance and technical support. To BHS Buklod staffs, our RHM Ma’am Angel Masa, RM and to our DOH-HRH Sir Datutaya Maitem, RM and to all BHWs/BNS. Salamat po DOH-CHD SOCCSKSARGEN Region❤️. Final Evaluation for Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility.

We are not yet evaluated Level 2 due to some minor revisions but still Congratulations to the BHS Buklod Staffs and Brgy. Buklod Councils for the smooth flow of this evaluation. We’ll try our best to comply those minor revision to certify our Facility a Level 2 AFHF🤍😊
