To all the mothers out there—

Thank you.

Thank you for the sleepless nights nobody applauds.
For the silent sacrifices nobody notices.
For pretending to be strong even when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty.

Thank you for carrying worries you never speak about.
For checking if everyone has eaten before you even think about yourself.
For the hugs that heal, the kisses that calm fears, and the presence that makes a child feel safe in this chaotic world.

Some days, you may feel unappreciated.
Some days, you may wonder if you are doing enough.

But trust me—your love is shaping lives in ways you cannot yet see.

To the mothers who stay at home, to the mothers who work tirelessly, to the single moms, grieving moms, first-time moms, foster moms, exhausted moms, and every woman trying her best to raise a child with love—

You are doing something extraordinary.

One day, your children may forget the toys, the gadgets, or the expensive things.
But they will never forget the feeling of being deeply loved by you.

And in a world becoming colder and harsher each day, that kind of love is priceless.

So today, breathe.
Rest if you can.
Cry if you need to.
Smile when you’re able.

Because even on the days you feel weak—
to your child, you are still home. ❤️

Not your usual double duty.

Two tiny fighters—born a little early, yet strong enough to bypass the incubator and go straight into caring hands. 💙

Sometimes, preemies don’t need machines—they need warmth, vigilant monitoring, and a team ready at every step.

Small in size, but already showing remarkable strength—living proof that even the earliest beginnings can be beautifully stable.

And we don’t rush the process. We prioritize “Unang Yakap”—ensuring immediate drying, timely cord clamping, early skin-to-skin contact, and breastfeeding initiation—because these simple, evidence-based steps make all the difference.

Over the past decade, we’ve seen a noticeable shift in how children learn—and how they struggle.

Studies in child development and neuroscience consistently show that excessive screen exposure is associated with shorter attention spans, delayed language development, and reduced executive function skills. At the same time, educators are reporting a rise in learning difficulties and school-related challenges.

Coincidence? Not likely.

The brain develops best through active, learning—touching, moving, exploring, asking questions, and connecting lessons to real-life experiences. Children don’t just learn by watching… they learn by doing.

That’s why we’re launching the “Learn Through Senses Program”—a simple but powerful approach that encourages kids to:
• Explore their surroundings
• Use their senses (touch, sight, movement, interaction)
• Connect classroom lessons to real-world experiences
• Spend less time on passive screen use

Because smarter learning isn’t about more screen time—it’s about meaningful experiences.

And we know that preparing for school shouldn’t be stressful or expensive. With rising costs of commodities and the upcoming school year, DocHugot is also launching an Online Shop—offering affordable, practical, and child-friendly school essentials that support real learning (not just compliance).

From tools that encourage writing, drawing, and hands-on activities… to everyday school needs made more accessible for parents.

Let’s raise children who are not just digitally exposed—but curious, engaged, and equipped to learn better.

Support the movement.
Support smarter learning.
Support your child.

REAL TALK, MOMMIES & DADDIES:

📌 BAKIT IMPORTANT SI VITAMIN D?
Sa first year of life, sobrang bilis ng paglaki ni baby.

* 🦴 Matibay na buto
* 🦷 Maayos na pagtubo ng ngipin
* 💪 Normal na growth at development

Kapag kulang? May risk magkaroon ng Rickets
(mahina, malambot, at madaling ma-deform ang buto 😢)

🍼 “Doc, breastmilk naman si baby…”
Yes, breastmilk is BEST. ❤️
👉 Kaya kahit exclusively breastfed,

📌 RECOMMENDATION:
Ayon sa American Academy of Pediatrics:
👉 400 IU Vitamin D DAILY from birth to 12 months

💬 BOTTOMLINE
Even with the best nutrition and care, supplementation fills a natural gap.

Just asking for a ‘friend’—pangalan niya SELF.
