Ito ang linyang madalas ninyo marinig kapag may ganitong klaseng pantal si baby. Pero nakakatulong ba talaga ito sa mga kaso ng heat rash (aka prickly heat o sweat rash o miliaria) 🤔

HINDI PO. Ang baby powder ay hindi nakatutulong o nakaiiwas ng heat rash. Ang ito ay nagbabara lalo ng ating skin pores at maaari pang maging sanhi ng paglala ng pamumula ng balat, pangangati ng mga pantal/blisters.

Mas maigi pong magsuot ng maluwag na damit, umiwas sa mga activities na nakakapagpawis, uminom ng mas maraming tubig, topical anti-inflammatory kung kinakailangan, huwag papahiran ang balat ng pwedeng magbara sa skin pores, at siyempre - huwag kokontra and mga oldies pls - COOL BATH 😉👌

To all those na naabutan ng “cutoff”, pasensya na po hindi na talaga kaya ng katawang lupa ko. Went home na at 4am kanina because may mga preemies. As you noticed kanina, first meal of the day ko na at 330pm. Signing off na po muna for today’s vidyow.

The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of APMC-Aklan is currently functioning at full capacity and majority of our patients are preterm babies. Requesting all breastfeeding moms out there who have extra stash of breastfmilk to kindly donate some for our babies.

Hello everyone!
Pardon me for not being able to reply to most of you on time. Apart from my fully loaded clinic schedule, I also have other responsibilities in the hospital. And, as you can see in the photo, it’s not that easy replying to an average of 20-30 messages in the morning and almost the same number in the evening.
