Noel V Sadinas has led impactful innovations in Indigenous Peoples Education (IPED), environmental sustainability, and student empowerment. He pioneered Kasibu’s first SPED class for IP learners, authored contextualized learning resources, and led effective school improvement initiatives, including award-winning Brigada Eskwela campaigns.

Sadinas gained international exposure through the 2019 Asia Pacific Teacher Exchange Program in South Korea, where he promoted Global Citizenship Education (GCED). Upon his return, he launched Project APPLICATION and Project PLUSTIC, transforming a school dumpsite into a GCED/IP village and organic demo farm. His work garnered multiple awards, including recognition from SEAMEO, UNESCO-APCEIU, and T4 Education, which named Kongkong Elementary among the 2023 Top 10 World’s Best Schools. With his passion and innovation, Sadinas has catalyzed change across schools and communities, aligning with the DepEd MATATAG agenda, the sustainable development goals (SDGs), and the values of Makakalikasan, Makatao, and Makabansa.
