✅ Wash the wound immediately with clean, running water and soap for 5 minutes 🧼🚰
✅ Apply antiseptic (betadine or alcohol) to the wound 🩹
✅ Consult the nearest Animal Bite and Treatment Center (ABTC) immediately 🏥

Dr. Hydre Nga-ew, Municipal Health Officer (MHO) conducted an Information Education Campaign on YAKAP program and benefits during the Kibungan Municipal Employees Forum on March 4, 2026 at Poblacion, Kibungan, Benguet.
This is to inform municipal employees about YAKAP program, the services it provides, and how it supports the health and welfare of the community.
