𝑵𝑼𝑻𝑹𝑰-𝑳𝑰𝑲𝑬 𝑩𝑨𝑩𝒀 𝑷𝑯𝑶𝑻𝑶 𝑪𝑶𝑳𝑳𝑨𝑮𝑬 𝑪𝑶𝑵𝑻𝑬𝑺𝑻
in celebration of 50th National Nutrition Month

Mechanics for the Nutri-Like Baby Photo Collage Contest:
1. Each Barnagay can endorse up to 5 entries, ages 6 to 12 months old.

2. Each entry shall submit 4 baby photos.

3. The background of the photos must feature Go, Grow, and Glow foods. (Fruits and vegetables should be locally grown products).

4. Required Information:
• Name of the baby
• Birthday and age of the baby
• Names of the parents

5. Selection Process:
• The committee will select one best entry from each barangay.
• Selected entries will qualify for the final round

6. Final Round:
• Finalists' entries will be posted on the Asenso Pagadian Page.
• The entry with the highest number of likes will be declared the winner.

7. Winners will received their prizes on the culmination program on July 30, 2024 at the CMO Executive Function Hall.

PRIZES:
🥇1st – P 5,000.00
🥈2nd – P 3,000.00
🥉3rd – P 2,000.00

SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES:

1. Like Community Affairs Development Division-NUTRITION SECTION page.

2. To join, entries must be submitted to susania024mark@gmail.com with name of barangay and description in each photo.

3. Official entries will be posted at Asenso Pagadian and Community Affairs Development Division-NUTRITION SECTION pages.

4. Submission of entries will be until July 19, 2024 (Friday).
