Revisiting and Crafting of Ordinance on Smoke-Free Environment of Cotabato Province

On October 24-25, 2024 at about 8:00 AM, PCPT JOCELYN E CASIPLE under the supervision of PCOL GILBERTO B TUZON, Provincial Director, attended the Crafting of Proposed Ordinance No. 2024-17-008
at Boylyn's Pensione Plaza, Kidapawan City. Said workshop was participated by Hon. Ivy Martia Lei C. Dalumpines-Ballitoc, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member, Dr. Eva C. Rabaya, DPAFP, MBA-HA, Provincial Health Officer II, Mr. Benjamin B. Obrero, Health Educ. and Promotion Officer II, and Ms. Kaye Francis C. Montera, AO II- PHRMO

Key topics discussed are the proposed Provincial Ordinance No. 2024-17-008 "An Ordinance Providing for the Establishment of a Smoke-Free Environment in the Province of Cotabato and Regulating the Use, Sale, Distribution and Advertisement of Ci******es and other To***co Products and Electronic Nicotine/Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems, Heated To***co Products and other Novel To***co Products in certain places and Imposing Penalties for violations thereof and for other purposes".
