Attention Non-Graduating Students!

All Non-Graduating students are required to undergo Medical Laboratory Tests as part of the school health requirements. Please follow the assigned schedule and complete the tests accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.

The required laboratory tests include:
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
• Urinalysis
• Fecalysis

Schedule of Laboratory Tests:
• Month of February – College of Engineering and Technology (CET) and College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE)
• Month of March – College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM)
• Month of April – College of Business Education (CBE)
• Month of May – College of Teacher Education (CTE)

Laboratory Venue and Payment Details: All Laboratory tests will be conducted at Saint Augustine Laboratory and Diagnostic Center. The package price is Php. 379.00 . Students may pay half of the amount on the testing date and the remaining balance during the signing of clearance.

Please be guided accordingly.
