🙌💚
🌈Brief history about us.
Arteemo was born from lived experience and a simple belief: art can heal where words fall short. It began as personal coping regulations through our self motivated learning of sketching, photography,
poetry, journalling, arts and crafts and any form of creative expression—especially during moments of overwhelm, burnout, from dyregulations as late-diagnosed autism and ADHD—then this slowly ...became something bigger.
Recognizing that many neurodivergent individuals shared the same silent struggles,
Arteemo evolved into a safe, inclusive space where art is used not for perfection, but for expression, regulation, and connection. It bridges creativity, mental health, and advocacy—welcoming children, adults, families, and professionals alike.
Today, Arteemo stands as a creative refuge and community initiative, using art to amplify neurodivergent voices, foster understanding, and remind everyone that healing can be gentle, creative, and deeply human.
🌈ARTEEMO – Mission
Our mission at Arteemo is to create safe, inclusive spaces where art becomes a tool for healing, self-expression, and connection—especially for neurodivergent individuals. Through creative workshops and community collaborations, we help people tell their stories, process emotions, and feel seen without pressure or judgment.
🌈 ARTEEMO – Vision
Our vision is a world where mental health conversations are normal, creativity is accessible to everyone, and neurodivergent voices are celebrated—not hidden. We envision communities where art is not just for talent, but for healing, purpose, and belonging.
💚💙 Why we collaborate with Kiwanis and Psych Support Clinic.
We decided to collaborate with Kiwanis and a Psych Support Clinic because we believe healing works best when creativity, community, and professional care come together.
The Kiwanis Club of T’nalak SC brings a strong heart for service, especially for children and vulnerable communities. They help us reach people who may not always have access to safe creative spaces.
The Psych Support Clinic ensures that what we do is grounded in mental-health awareness and ethical practice. Art can open emotions, and it’s important that this process is guided with care, sensitivity, and professional insight.
Together, this collaboration allows us to create a safe, inclusive environment where art is not just about creating something beautiful, but about emotional expression, validation, and healing. This partnership reflects our belief that mental health support should be holistic — creative, compassionate, and community-based.
Let's create, connect. Celebrate with purpose.
And let's continue to share our sense of being with our beautiful minds and compassionate heart.
Thank you again for this precious Plaque of Appreciation.
It's our greatest treasure!🥰🥰🥰
PS.
Feel free to message us if you feel lost in the middle of nowhere.
We are open to discussing things openly, authentically and no-judgement facts of reality truthfully, creatively and humourously.
Of course, seek for professional help.
It can make a huge difference dealing with your interpersonal struggles.
And Psych Support Clinic with Dr Dianne Español Quintero will help you with it with her clinical expertise with a heart.
