Holiday Pay Reminder: Ang Araw ng Kagitingan o Day of Valor ay isang Regular Holiday. Kahit hindi ka pumasok makakatanggap ka pa rin ng 100% ng arawang sahod mo, basta present o kaya naman ay naka-leave with pay ka sa huling araw ng trabaho bago ang holiday para maging entitled sa holiday pay.

Pero kung pumasok ka, 200% ang bayad sa’yo—at kung rest day mo pa, 260% ang sahod mo sa araw na ito.

The Department of Labor and Employment XII – South Cotabato Field Office successfully conducted its Technical and Advisory Visit (TAV) Orientation for the month of March 2026, which were held on March 6, 18, and 25.

A total of 200 micro establishments participated, with 88 from Surallah and 112 from Koronadal City. The activity highlighted a developmental approach aimed at assisting micro establishments employing 1-9 workers in achieving compliance with general labor standards and occupational safety and health (OSH) standards through guided accomplishment of the Checklist and Action Plan.

TAV is one of the major components of the Department of Labor and Employment’s inspection framework, focusing on education, guidance, and voluntary compliance.

Bilang pakikiisa sa isinagawang 1st Quarter 2026 Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) noong March 12, 2026, aktibong lumahok ang mga kawani ng Department of Labor and Employment XII – South Cotabato Field Office sa naturang aktibidad.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagsasanay na “Duck, Cover, and Hold,” layunin ng aktibidad na patibayin ang kahandaan at kaligtasan ng bawat kawani sa panahon ng sakuna.

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) XII – South Cotabato Field Office informs the public that it will be transferring to its new office location at the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗿, 𝗨𝗚𝗔 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝗩, 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗹l, effective 𝟮 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

This transfer is intended to better accommodate more clients and provide easier access to services, as the new office is strategically located at the heart of the city.

In line with the Department of Labor and Employment’s digitalization initiatives and commitment to ease of doing business, all Construction Safety and Health Program (CSHP) applications shall now be submitted and processed exclusively online through the Official DOLE Online Compliance Portal: https://reports.dole.gov.ph/

This streamlined system aims to ensure faster, more transparent, and more accessible compliance services while strengthening workplace safety in the construction sector. The submission, processing, and approval of CSHP applications remain 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘. The public is cautioned against fixers and unauthorized individuals.

For guidance and technical assistance, establishments may coordinate with the DOLE Region XII Field Office having jurisdiction over the construction activity.
