ALAM MO NA BA ANG TUNGKOL SA RUBELLA?
Ang Rubella o “Tigdas Hangin” ay isang viral infection na mapanganib lalo na sa mga buntis dahil maaari itong magdulot ng malubhang depekto sa sanggol.
Kumakalat ito sa pamamagitan ng talsik ng laway mula sa ubo o bahing ng may sakit.
Wala pang gamot laban sa rubella, ngunit maaari itong maiwasan sa pamamagitan ng BAKUNA.

As part of our commitment to promoting health and wellness in our community, the University of Southern Mindanao National Service Training Program is supporting the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) from January 19 to February 13, 2026.
Let's work together to protect our children from measles and rubella by getting them vaccinated at the designated fixed and temporary vaccination posts in our municipalities and barangays. This initiative is a great opportunity for us to make a positive impact in our community and promote a healthier future for our children. Join us in this effort and let's make a difference together!

🔬 PROTEKTAHAN ANG MGA BATA, PROTEKTAHAN ANG KOMUNIDAD! 🔬
Bilang suporta ng Mindanao Polytechnic College (MPC) sa pambansang Ligtas Tigdas campaign, hinihikayat namin ang lahat ng magulang at tagapag-alaga na magpabakuna sa mga batang may edad 6 BUWAN hanggang 4 NA TAONG GULANG (59 months) kontra sa tigdas (measles) at rubella.
💉 BAKIT KAILANGANG MAGPABAKUNA?
✅ Ang bakuna ay LIGTAS, LIBRE, at mabisang panlaban sa tigdas at rubella.
✅ Kahit nabakunahan na noon, kailangan pa rin ng karagdagang proteksyon sa panahon ng kampanyang ito.
✅ Ang bahagyang lagnat pagkatapos ng bakuna ay normal at pansamantala lamang.
✅ Mas mapanganib ang tigdas at rubella kaysa sa bakuna.
✅ Ang pagpapabakuna ay proteksyon hindi lang sa bata, kundi sa pamilya at buong komunidad.
