The Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat warns all gasoline stations operating in the province to strictly comply with the current fuel pricing guidelines issued by the Department of Energy (DOE).
The DOE has directed all oil companies and gasoline stations to strictly follow the prescribed fuel pricing rules and to refrain from hoarding or implementing any unauthorized price increases.

Under the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., monitoring and enforcement have been intensified in coordination with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
The public is also reminded that hoarding and illegal sale of petroleum products are strictly prohibited under Batas Pambansa Blg. 33, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 1865. Violators may face penalties, fines, or the cancellation of their business permits.
The Provincial Government has also instructed the Department of Trade and Industry β Sultan Kudarat Provincial Office to closely monitor all gasoline station operations across the province. Any violation of these directives shall be reported to the proper authorities and concerned agencies for appropriate action.
The Provincial Government of Sultan Kudarat urges all stakeholders to cooperate in ensuring fair fuel pricing and protecting consumers from illegal practices.
