With the collaborative effort of the 𝑳𝒂 𝑻𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒅 𝑴𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒍 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝑶𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆, 𝑫𝒆𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒐𝒇 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒉 - 𝑩𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒕 and the local government unit of 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑳𝒖𝒃𝒂𝒔, essential healthcare services were brought closer to the community.

This activity, dubbed as "𝐑𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜", offers a variety of healthcare services and social behavioral change campaign to address the 8 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬: Immunization, Nutrition, Water Supply, Sanitation & Hygiene (WaSH), Maternal Health, Tuberculosis & HIV, Road Safety, Non-communicable Diseases (specifically Hypertension & Diabetes Mellitus), and Cancer.

Services include:
✅ NCD Risk Assessment
✅ Diagnostic Tests (RBS, BUA, Cholesterol, Dipstick Urinalysis, HIV Screening)
✅ Medical consultation (new and follow-up)
✅ Visual Acuity Test
✅ Provision of maintenance medicines.
✅ Registration to Konsulta Facility – La Trinidad Municipal Health Center
✅ Social Behavioral Communication Change on the PHOs
