MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS HOTLINE

The 𝗕𝗚𝗛𝗠𝗖 𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗦 𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 is now back with a new number:

📌 This hotline is strictly for mental health crises—such as severe emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm, or suicidal ideation—requiring immediate psychological support. If you or someone you know is in a mental health emergency, please do not hesitate to call. Our trained crisis responders are ready to listen and help you stay safe.

🕗 Our crisis hotline is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM only.
📞 Beyond these hours, please contact the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) Crisis Hotline for urgent assistance.
