This two-day retreat is highly centered on the promise of Jesus in John 10:10: "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."

1. The Father's Love
• The Concept: This session explores the parable of the prodigal son. It shifts the perspective of God from a strict, distant judge to a loving Father waiting to embrace His children, regardless of where life has taken them.
2. What's So Bad About Sin?
• The Concept: A deep, honest look at the reality of sin. Rather than comparing ourselves to others to feel "good enough," this session teaches God's perfect standard and explains how sin naturally builds a barrier that separates us from Him.
3. The Cross
• The Concept: This connects perfectly to the discussions we had earlier about the Passover Lamb! This session emphasizes that Jesus is the ultimate solution to the problem of sin, paying the penalty on our behalf so we can have eternal life.
4. How to Pray (Part 1 & 2)
• The Concept: Stripping away the idea that prayer is just memorized, repetitive religious reciting. This session teaches participants how to have a real, dynamic conversation with God using the patterns Jesus taught His disciples.
5. The Spirit-Filled Life
• The Concept: This introduces the concept of "Spiritual Breathing." You learn to Exhale (regularly confessing your sins to God) and Inhale (allowing the Holy Spirit to control, empower, and guide your daily decisions).
6. Overcoming Strongholds
• The Concept: Identifying emotional or spiritual strongholds (like deep-seated anger, unforgiveness, or addiction) and learning how to break free from them through the truth of God’s Word.
7. Baptism & Vision
• The Concept: Understanding the biblical significance of water baptism as an outward symbol of your inward transformation. It concludes with a look at what it means to live with a fresh, Christ-centered purpose moving forward.
