We are inviting all eligible donors to donate their precious time and blood to our upcoming:
Event: Mobile Blood Donation Program
Time: 8am-12noon
Venue: Brgy. Poblacion Gymnasium, Brgy. Poblacion, Lake Sebu
📌Blood Drive Reminders
Before
*Have enough rest the night before
*No alcohol and medicine intake at least 24 hours before blood donation
*Have something to eat and drink before donation
After
*Drink plenty of fluids and eat a full meal
*Refrain from strenuous activities. If you get dizzy, lie down and raise your feet until the feeling passes.
*Apply pressure at the puncture site and lift the arm in case of bleeding.
*If you get a bruise, apply ice to the area for 10-15 minutes during the 1st 24hours. Thereafter, apply warm/moist heat to the area for 10-15 minutes.
