Attention all students!

The administration of the Hepatitis B vaccine will resume next month. Scheduling for the 1st dose will be by appointment only.

Submission of laboratory results will also be by appointment. Please ensure that your laboratory results are complete before your scheduled appointment. To verify your status, kindly inquire at the clinic.

The physician’s schedule will be posted accordingly, and we will strictly observe a first come, first served basis.

To all students who have not yet returned their School Health Record, please submit it to the clinic as soon as possible.
