Classes in ALL LEVELS in both PUBLIC and PRIVATE schools as well as work in government offices are CANCELLED tomorrow, Tuesday, September 23, 2025, as continues to intensify as it passes by over the northern portion of Luzon.

Laoag City is still under TCWS Signal No. 3 as of 5:00 PM today, September 22, 2025.

The suspension of work in private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

Essential workers should maintain open lines of communication and are required to report to maintain essential services.

What is FRACTURE?
