During the 22nd Regular Session of the 13th Sangguniang Panlungsod - Laoag City , this humble representation presented and defended an authored Ordinance, entitled: the Mainstreaming of Inclusive Governance and Support for Persons with Disability Code. This was unanimously approved on 2nd reading. Thank you, Kakadua!

God-willing, if it’ll be passed on 3rd and final reading on the next regular session… this will be the 1st (local) code in the City, that is dedicated to our beloved .

There are 3,780 PWD… and I am proudest that 1 from the 3,780 is our eldest son, who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, at a very young age. Safe to say, that I personally feel, know, and understand all the hardships, sacrifices, uncoditional love, and all emotions poured out.
