I am a Life coach(Growth and mindset) dealing with people who are stuck in life.I come across students and young people,well qualified but low in confidence, lack of communication skills(Wanted to improve).Communication including body language,gestures,tonality,(not only in English,it could be any language) and do better at interviews and public speaking.We speak Words 7%,Voice 38%, Body language 58%.To get it right We need to learn the skills.We also need to learn soft skills,that makes lot of difference to our overall presentation.Getting right attitude and mindset makes all the difference.Many of us learn hard skills that comes from education,research and programming.Hard skills are degrees or that are measurable.Soft skills donot have a measure, but play vital role in life. We need to strike right balance (Hard and Soft skills) to become successful.

I also assist people in coping with day-to-day pressures, by helping them analyse their situations objectively..

My main idea is to keep them in their best state of mind (Moods) to be creative/and unearth their potential.I also help them to know their strengths and weakness through Personality Evaluation. Finding Passion that suits your personality and state of mind leads to right goals.This helps to strike a balance to lead successful career

My education, 34 years of experience covering corporate jobs, varied business experiences, acquired practical knowledge and a treasure of life lessons help me to understand ones situation clearly and help them achieve success in their fields and become responsible citizens.
