Thoughts for the dayโฆ.
When we feel that something isnโt right with ourselves, the internet is just one click away. Just by simply typing and searching, youโll get all the information that you need in no time. And sometimes, even just a simple reel would answer it. Saving time and money instead of seeing a doctor, right? However, these may lead to a lot of consequences, and worse, it may even have detrimental effects on oneโs mental health.
Doing our own research is not bad. However, do not forget the importance of seeking a professional.
