Often drowsy during a study sesh? Blame (or thank) your circadian rhythm! ⏱
Specifically, one that concerns your sleep cycle 🛌, it follows a pattern over ⌚ 24h ⌚, which can eventually shift 🔀 as you go through different stages of life 👶. The chemistry ⚗ behind it makes it that you are able ✅ to sleep at specific intervals 🕐 of the day ☀🌕, and attempting a nap 💤 outside of that interval is.... not possible! 😅🙅♂️🙅♀️
