I'm a wife, a mom, a Pediatrician and Lactation Consultant. I practice General Pediatrics at Mactan Doctors Hospital in Lapu-lapu City. I see patients for breastfeeding Concerns at the TitaDocMom Breastfeeding Center and Lactation Support Services near Ayala Center Cebu; or at their hospital rooms in specific hospitals when they had just given birth. Mga lactating mommies, alam niyo bang kailangan niyo ng 𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗱𝗮𝗴 𝗻𝗮 𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 kada araw para masuportahan ang produksyon ng gatas. Ang balanseng pagkain na mayaman sa bitamina’t mineral tulad ng Vitamin B12, Iron, Vitamin D, at iba ay nakakatulong sa patuloy na paggawa ng gatas ng ina. 💡

Don’t forget to hydrate ha! Mahalaga ang pag-inom ng 𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗴 sa produksyon ng gatas para sa sapat na supply, iwas dehydration pa! 💦

The latter is where my team of breastfeeding coaches and I help families meet their feeding goals. I accept admissions in the following hospitals: - Mactan Doctors Hospital - UCMed - Chong Hua Hospital Mandaue - ARC Through your attending OB or Pediatrician you may call for me for Lactation Consults at your hospital room while admitted at MDH, UCMED, CHHM, PSH, ARC and CebuDoc.
