IWANTCLEAN INC is looking for HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR - for deployment at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Medical Hospital (San Fernando Pampanga)

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
* Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
* Prepare work schedules and duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing.
* Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms and public areas to maintain standards.
* Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
* Maintain housekeeping inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
* Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hospital setting.
* Strong leadership and people-handling skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
