"Shell Service Champions"

While I was waiting for my car's change oil to be done, I can't help but listen in to a pep-talk by a distinguished gentleman to a group of young people (Shell Service Crew).

He addressed the young people as "service champions"!

He encouraged them to prepare like champions and feel like winners everyday!

He told these young people to take pride in what they do! Wow!

Happy to share a photo of the group that I took earlier today!

They sure looked like present and future winners in my book!

There are so many kinds of love and perhaps this is the best kind of love we have ever received- the pure love of our guests for everything we do, thus, earning us the LOVED BY GUESTS AWARD FOR 2019 (top 3% of Boracay hotels) and a high score of 9.2 out of 10.
