Case: An 83-year-old male, non-smoker, presented with sudden onset of severe shortness of breath and chest pain. He was initially managed as a pulmonary case, but despite treatment, his condition continued to worsen. Further evaluation and repeat testing eventually revealed an acute myocardial infarction.

An emergency coronary angioplasty of the LAD was successfully performed, resulting in rapid clinical improvement. The patient recovered well and was eventually discharged in stable condition.

ECG findings were non specific but the troponin levels were markedly elevated—pointing to an evolving Acute Coronary Syndrome. Coronary angiography revealed CRITICAL LEFT MAIN LESION.
An emergency coronary angioplasty was successfully performed, restoring perfusion and stabilizing the patient.

Case: 44-year-old male presented with cardiac tamponade and suddenly went into cardiac arrest. In a race against time, an emergency bedside pericardiocentesis was performed during active resuscitation.

Through quick decision-making, skill, and teamwork, the procedure successfully relieved the pressure on the heart. The patient responded to resuscitation efforts and ultimately made a full recovery.
