📣 Sagot ni Doc:
Hindi po totoo na mas delikado o mas masakit ang bikini cut.
✅ Pfannenstiel (bikini cut) is actually the most common type of CS incision today dahil:

✅Mas mabilis mag-heal

✅Mas matibay sa long term

✅Mas aesthetic ang scar

✅Mas mababa ang risk ng hernia

❌the only problem with bikini cut is mas mahirap sya para samin and we need a lot of assist for retraction 😁
💬 Always remember: ang best incision ay depende sa condition mo at ng baby. Hindi one-size-fits-all.

⚠️ Hindi normal ang bleeding after menopause.
Once more than a year ka nang walang regla, any spotting or bleeding needs to be checked.
Pwedeng benign lang (like polyp or thinning of the lining), pero kailangan i-rule out ang cancer or other serious causes.

📅 Schedule a check-up ASAP para makasigurado.

I want to gently remind everyone that medical consultations are private and confidential. To ensure clarity and protect patient privacy, I kindly do not allow phone patching or third-party listening during consultations, unless previously discussed and consented to by me and the patient.

Today, a situation arose where a parent overheard part of a conversation and unfortunately misunderstood what was being said. This caused unnecessary distress for everyone involved.
