Happy naman si baby boy maski muntik na sya ma CS. Mommy was exhausted and almost gave up. Buti na lang sa last push , with the assistance of vacuum delivery,nailabas din sa wakas si baby. 😅

One patient chose to skip the white pills after being told online( chatgpt)that they are “just placebo.” so after nya I Skip yung white placebo pills she proceeded to take another pack of the contraceptive pills....
Ang resulta.....prolonged bleeding for almost 2 weeks.

While the white pills do not contain hormones, they still serve an important purpose:
✔️ They help maintain the daily pill-taking routine
✔️ They allow proper withdrawal bleeding♥️
✔️ They help keep cycles predictable

Skipping or altering how pills are taken without medical advice can lead to irregular or prolonged bleeding.
💡 Take-home message:
Always follow your doctor’s instructions when taking birth control pills.
If something is unclear or you’ve read conflicting information online, please ask your OB-GYN first before making changes.

➡️ Pamamaga ng cervix (bukana ng matres).
❓ Delikado ba ito?
➡️ Puwedeng oo kapag pinabayaan. Maaari itong humantong sa pelvic infection at fertility problems.
❓ Ano ang mga sintomas?
➡️ Minsan walang sintomas
➡️ Kapag meron:
• Mabaho o madilaw na discharge
• Pagdurugo after s*x
• Sakit during in*******se
• Pelvic discomfort
❓ Ano ang sanhi?
➡️ Infections (BV, chlamydia, gonorrhea)
➡️ Irritation mula sa feminine washes, douching, chemicals
➡️ Hormonal changes
➡️ Minsan, walang malinaw na cause
❓ Normal lang ba ang paulit-ulit na discharge?
➡️ ❌ Hindi palaging normal.
Paulit-ulit na discharge ay maaaring senyales ng cervicitis.
❓ Puwede bang mawala ito nang kusa?

Grabe, ang laki ng ovarian cyst na ‘to — pero naalis namin without rupturing the capsule! 😌
This time, I had to do a Pfannenstiel incision (kahit usually midline ako kapag may concern for malignancy).
But thank God, benign ang result! 💖 Such a huge relief! And we were able to save her ovaries ☺️
Ang sarap sa feeling ‘pag smooth ang takbo ng surgery.
