Banahaw Heals Spa Philam Las Pinas Branch strictly implements the following guidelines listed below in adherence to the national health standard protocol to avoid Covid-19 and any further diseases:
1. Must have an alcohol booth/station located at the entrance of the spa. Clients are advised to use or put alcohol on their hands and arms prior to entering the spa AT ALL TIMES.
2. Mandatory checkin
g of body temperature for both employees and clients must be observed. Clients with body temperature of 37.9 Celsius will be advised to postpone the massage session.
3. Clients with cough, sore throat and fever will be advised to postpone the massage session until checked by a physician.
4. All employees must wear face mask while on duty at all times. Clients also needs to wear face mask when in the spa, even during the massage session.
5. Clients need to wash hands and feet before massage.
6. Social distancing and "one seat apart" protocol in the reception are mandatory.
7. Additional Safety covers are installed inside each massage rooms.
8. Prior the opening, must have all linens, towels, ventusa, netibo and all spa uses be washed with disinfectant solution to avoid the spread of the virus. The same practice shall be applied after every massage session.
9. The whole spa (entrance, reception area, massage rooms, pantry room, shower room and comfort room) must be disinfected from ceiling to floor by using disinfectant solution. (Preferably with Lysol brand with 99.9 % germ/virus killing action.) Disinfection must be done daily as part of the daily operational protocol.
10. Use of Disinfectant shoe mat upon entering the spa at all times.
11. For crowd control and safety, we have to limit the number of clients in the spa at the same time. Hence, we encourage client to make reservations first.
