Feeling grateful and excited for my second webinar on Sunday (April 26), this time with Ms. Marlene from Serene Minds by MIVL. 🤍

Thank you so much to Ms. Jona Rose Alfonso and Mental Health Hour Manila for the invitation and for giving us the opportunity to share our insights. This webinar is also in support of a beneficiary cause for Shelter of Light, making it even more meaningful. 🙏🏻

Pagod ka na ba? 😪 (Part 1)
April is "𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘼𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝".

Stress is a natural response when life feels overwhelming, whether it’s from work, responsibilities, relationships, or even our own expectations.

Normal lang mapagod. Pero kapag tuloy-tuloy na at hindi na napapahinga, it can start to affect your mind and body.

This is your reminder to pause.
Huminga. Makinig sa sarili.
Hindi mo kailangang kayanin lahat mag-isa. 💙

Pwede kang mapagod.
Pwede kang huminto sandali.
Pero hindi mo kailangang tuldukan ang lahat.

𝙋𝙬𝙚𝙙𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙡𝙤𝙮. 💙

"𝘼 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙎𝙋𝘼𝘾𝙀 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝘽𝙇𝙐𝙀𝙎."

BlueSpace was built with the intention of providing gentle, safe, and non-judgmental space for adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, navigating life struggles, seeking clarity, or simply needing someone to listen.

Each session is guided by empathy and genuine presence, giving you the space to process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

Healing shouldn't be rushed, and you don’t have to go through it alone.

*BlueSpace Psychology is now officially BIR and DTI-registered. Thank you so much to everyone who believed and supported my advocacy for Mental Health. I'll always be immensely grateful.

"𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙡𝙡, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣."

Maybe not today.
Maybe not all at once.

But in the quiet moments, in the small efforts, in simply choosing to keep going, you are already rising. 🩵

𝘼𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙢, 𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙢 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 (𝘼𝙎𝘿), is a neurodevelopmental condition that affects how a person communicates, interacts, and experiences the world. It is called a “spectrum” because no two individuals are exactly alike. Each person has their own strengths, challenges, and needs.
Some may be more sensitive to sounds, lights, or touch. Others may find social interactions challenging, or prefer routines and predictability to feel more at ease.

Autism is not a disease to be cured, but a form of neurodiversity to be understood. And in a world that often expects people to fit a certain mold, being different can sometimes feel isolating. Real awareness is not just about knowing, it’s about how we treat people, how we listen, and how we 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙨.

A week ago was 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝘽𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝘿𝙖𝙮, and I wasn’t able to share this due to a busy week 😅 But still, it’s never too late to raise awareness.

𝘽𝙞𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙧 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 is more than just “mood swings.” It is a 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 that affects how the brain regulates emotions, energy, and behavior.

Let this be a gentle reminder to choose understanding over judgment, and empathy over assumptions. 🩵

Thank you so much to everyone who gave their time to join and support the webinar for World Bipolar Day and fundraising event, last Monday night. It truly means a lot to us. 🥹

Here’s a little story time:
My first webinar was a challenging yet meaningful experience. I struggled, made a lot of mistakes behind the scenes, and had to figure everything out while dealing with my social anxiety. Presenting and speaking, whether online or face-to-face, is truly terrifying for me. It pushed me to step beyond my comfort zone. But through it all, I realized that growth comes from showing up despite the fear.

That’s why I’m sincerely grateful to Ms. Jona Rose and The Shelter of Light for trusting me and giving me this opportunity. Moments like this also remind me why I’m passionate about mental health—because raising awareness and fighting stigma, while creating safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood, is something I will always stand for. 🩵
