I do not use chemicals for ants. I simply use a banana peel and the problem is solved.
1. Preparation: Choose ripe bananas with dark spots. Eat the fruit and save the peels.
2. Prepare the solution: Mix half a liter of hot water with 10 grams of boric acid in a container.
3. Soak the peels: Immerse the banana peels in the prepared solution and let them sit for several hours.
4. Place the shells: Once soaked, remove the shells and cut them into small pieces.
5. Distribution: Place the shell pieces under bushes and along trails where you see ants.
6. Removal process: Ants will be attracted to the impregnated shells. They will carry the boric acid back to the nest.
7. Result: Although they do not die immediately, the boric acid will accumulate in their bodies and eventually wipe out the entire colony, including the queen.
8. Additional benefit: Banana peels, when decomposed, act as a natural fertilizer for plants.
This method is safe and effective for controlling ants in your garden without harming other beneficial insects.
