Hello everyone!

Starting May 2025, we will be making some changes with our clinic schedule which focuses on adding more slots for psychotherapy and optimizing time for our psychological assessment clients. We have been observing an increasing number of booked sessions in the last two years since we started and we sincerely thank you for entrusting your mental health to us. We acknowledge how important consistent therapy sessions are in the process of recovery. That is why we hope that with these changes we would be able to help you more efficiently and effectively in the days to come.

Psychotherapy is not only for people with mental health disorders. It is for EVERYONE. Everyone has problems and life is not always easy. In times like these, maybe we just need someone who can listen to us and not give advice. Maybe we just need help by letting us figure out things on our own. Maybe we just need to clear something off our chest by talking to someone without getting anxious about whether or not it will go around others. Sometimes, we just need to lighten our load without getting judged or without other people imposing their own values or interpretations of our thoughts and feelings. Maybe we don’t need any medicine but just need someone safe to talk to at the moment. Our psychologists may not prescribe medicine, but they listen, and they’re very good at it.
