Iwasang lumusong sa baha lalo na kung may sugat sa paa. Magsuot ng proteksyon at agad magpatingin kung may lagnat, pananakit ng kalamnan, o paninilaw.

Huwag maglaro at iwasang lumusong sa baha. Mapanganib ang mga mikrobyo mula sa mga basura at dumi na maaring magdulot ng leptospirosis. ๐Ÿฆ 

Maaaring magkaroon ng komplikasyon sa atay, bato, at puso ang taong mapapasukan ng mikrobyong leptospira sa katawan.

Kung sakaling malulubog sa baha, agad na maghugas ng katawan gamit ang tubig at sabon. Agad ding kumonsulta sa doktor kung lumusong sa baha nang may sugat o kung makararanas ng sintomas tulad ng lagnat at pananakit ng katawan.

(Legazpi City, July 21, 2025) The Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Albay commended the Albay Provincial Health Office's Population Development Division for their achievement at the Regional Evaluation of the RMSKPA.

A provincial resolution, authored by Board Member Atty. Melissa Abadeza-Armedilla congratulated the division for ranking first in the provincial category and qualifying for the national search with a Php 100,000 award.

Armedilla praised the APHO's leadership, innovation, and commitment as exemplary contributions to Albay's population and development programs.
