Chief complaint: Sobrang sakit at lakas ng regla with anemia
Procedure: TAHBSO -Removal of Uterus and Both Ovaries
This patient has a Multiple Submucous myoma, Adenomyosis and Benign ovarian Mass. Nasa kanya n lahat. She came to my clinic for profuse bleeding and severe pain during me**es. PROFUSE as in ilang diaper ang nagagamit every me**es. Matiisin talaga ang mga Pilipina. For many years ganyan sya. Until consulted to my clinic. She even requested to do the surgery bago pa sya mag mens ulit kasi takot na sya maabutan ulit ng next mens nya.
Here she is. Surgery done. Happy and satisfied. For discharge today.
