โ€‹A few days ago, I had the privilege of guiding these talented young swimmers on the essentials of sports nutrition. We focused on mastering portion sizes, increasing dietary variety, and identifying low-quality carbohydrates to keep their energy levels peaked.

โ€‹Proper nutrition is a team effort! While these athletes are putting in the work, their mom is the real MVPโ€”dedicating her time to ensuring they navigate their busy school-and-sports schedules with the right fuel.

โ€‹Even with the holiday season in full swing, this family prioritized expert advice. Itโ€™s rare to see such dedication, and Iโ€™m so proud to share this moment. Huge kudos to "Mommy C" and our Nutrition Bingo champions for crushing their healthy eating goals!
