Following the motorcade and the celebration of the Holy Mass, our 53rd Foundation Anniversary continued with a simple yet meaningful program filled with gratitude, shared stories, and joyful moments. It was attended by the Community of St. Raymond of Penafort, headed by Rev. Fr. Ernesto M. Arceo, OP, doctors, and our dedicated employees.
The celebration opened with an inspiring message from Rev. Fr. Edwin A. Lao, OP, DBA, Chief Operating Officer, reminding everyone of how far the Hospital has come and our shared responsibility to continue our healing tradition. Heartfelt testimonies from Steve B. Aragon and Kristine L. Tan followed, sharing how the Hospital has supported them not only professionally but personally โ where colleagues became friends and friends became family. For them, USTLH is their second home.
Dr. Emmanuel M. Picart, FPCR, Head of the Department of Radiology also shared his journey of service, expressing gratitude for the trust and opportunities given to him by the Hospital. A celebratory toast from Rev. Fr. Ramiro M. De Belen, OP, MAED, Finance Director, highlighted the milestones achieved and the promising future ahead. Dr. Paul Ferdinand M. Reganit, MPH, FPCP, FPCC, Medical Director closed the program with words of encouragement to continue serving with dedication.
The program flowed smoothly and energetically. Thanks to our engaging emcees, Gretchin G. Alicante and Abegail A. Legacion, who kept the atmosphere warm, lively, and heartfelt throughout the event. The celebration ended on a joyful note as everyone shared food and enjoyed games โ a beautiful reminder of the strong sense of community that defines us.
