In a simple but meaningful gathering, the USTLH Management Committee headed by its COO, Rev. Fr. Edwin A. Lao, OP, DBA, Department Heads, Officers under the Medical Department and Staff of the HR and Admin Office, came together to honor a heartfelt transition of leadership through a Send-Off and Welcome Ceremony held on June 24, 2025 at Fra Angelico Hall, UST Legazpi Hospital. The program was rich in sincerity and appreciation, celebrating both gratitude and new beginnings.
A tribute was given for the outgoing Medical Director, Dr. Maria Cecilia V. Neptuno, FPOGS, FPSCPC, whose kind, steady, and motherly leadership left a lasting mark on the institution. Through touching messages, an AVP, and a presentation of a plaque of appreciation, colleagues expressed their admiration, love, well wishes, and deep gratitude.
The program transitioned from goodbye to hello as the incoming Medical Director, Dr. Paul Ferdinand M. Reganit, MPH, FPCP, FPCC, was introduced and officially assumed the role through the signing of designation papers. As we embrace this transition in leadership, we also look forward to a future filled with renewed purpose guided by shared values, strong leadership, and an unwavering commitment to service.
