All of us have mental health, but not everyone knows how to deal with it, or they are just afraid to conquer their emotions. Thus, if you feel that you are not mentally stable, don't be afraid to ask for help from someone. Furthermore, always keep in mind, it's okay not to be okay because we're just human that can feel many emotions.
