Steps for Hand Massage
Warm-up strokes
Gently stroke from the wrist toward the fingers.
Repeat 3–5 times to relax the hand and improve circulation.
Palm kneading
Use your thumb to press and make small circular motions across the palm.
Focus on tense or sore areas.
Finger massage
Gently pull and roll each finger between your thumb and forefinger.
Stretch lightly from base to tip.
Thumb pressure
Apply slow, firm pressure along the base of the thumb and between fingers.
Use circular motions for tension release.
Finishing strokes
End with light strokes over the whole hand and wrist for relaxation.
