Bigla na lang daw lumabas si baby, wala raw naramdamang sakit!, muntikan pa raw di nasalo hehehehe, so for awareness 😄

Alam mo ba?
Ang partograph po ay isang mahalagang tool na ginagamit ng mga midwife at iba pang skilled birth attendants para mamonitor ang progreso ng labor ng isang buntis.

Dito po namin sinusulat at binabantayan ang pag buka/dilate ng cervix, nipis ng kwelyo ng matres/effacement, kung intact pa ba ang panubigan/Bag of Water BOW, tibok ng puso ni baby, lakas at dalas ng paghilab/contractions, vital signs ni mommy at iba pa.

Sa pamamagitan nito, maaga naming nakikita kung maayos ang takbo ng panganganak o kung kailangan na ng referral.

Hindi lang ito papel na may guhit ito po ay gabay para sa ligtas na normal delivery at para maiwasan ang komplikasyon.

Normal delivery becomes safer with proper assessment😁

Hindi po totoong walang sakit na nararamdaman, at bigla na lang lumabas😁
