At the height of Covid 19 Pandemic— Kuya Nolan, a very energetic dancer had stroke… and suddenly became bedridden.

Visitors were not yet allowed and resources were scarce… but this does not stop him from fighting.
Hinde pwedeng magpatalo sa stroke— so with the help of friends, family, regular therapy by Edhz and regular check up— he managed to pull through.
I see him every 3- 6 months since then… and reminded him of his blood works, medicines, therapy.
Now, he’s teaching Zumba again— with a heart of a warrior and a story that inspire.

When I see him dancing, traveling and enjoying his life— I am reminded that some battles are fought within… that hope is always there and self care is important.
I am also humbled for being God’s instrument in healing.
