Please be informed that the announcement made this morning regarding the Chest X-ray schedule is hereby CANCELLED until further notice due to the insufficient number of students who registered and did not meet the required quota, as well as the hectic schedule of Healthquarters.

For now, students may have their Chest X-ray done outside the school at any accredited clinic or hospital.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
