Ongoing meeting with all maintenance staff in preparation for the budget possibly needed by this hospital in terms of maintenance services for the upcoming year 2024.
The goal of the meeting is to effectively manage and better understand the allotment of funding to maintain and improve the hospital's physical plant and structure, conducive to pleasing environment for both patients and staff.
