📌Long post ahead

Hello sa lahat na nakakaranas ng ulcer o acid reflux! Gerd gusto ko lang e share sainyo yung pinag daanan ko at kung paano ko nalampasan ang ulcer! Gerd/acid reflux. Halos 8 months po akong nakaranas ng acid yung pakiramdam na parang may nakabara sa lalamunan pero wala naman, nangangasim na dighay, mabilis na pagtibok ng puso, anxiety na sinasamahan ng pag chichill ng buong katawan hangang sa balutin ka ng lamig at paninigas.

Tips po nguyain ng maigi yung mga kinakain natin specially sa meat, wag masyadong mabilis kumain. More on warm water. At higit po sa lahat samahan po natin ng mataimtim na dasal araw araw. 🥰
