Do you want to create a better life? Do you think about what it will take to create it? You can want and think, but nothing will happen until you start doing something about it!
It is easy to get distracted by the activities of daily living. We may start with a clear vision of what we want in the future, but, somewhere along the line, we develop the wrong habits. Habits fueled by becoming comfortable with what is easy. We fall into routines that become habits and habits are hard to break.
Think about the ways you spend your time on a regular basis. Are you using your time investing in areas that are most important? On activities and actions that will get you closer to that vision of the future that you hold clear in your mind.
Or, do you sit and watch TV most evenings? Spend hours on social media, just surfing and consuming useless contents and informations?
Who we are, right now is the sum of all of our thoughts and actions! We think about 50,000 thoughts per day! 90% of which are repetitive.70% of which are negative. We are what we repeatedly do. Unless we change our behaviors/thoughts, we will never change!
The habits you build today will determine the path you take tomorrow. Habits can be changed. Replace your bad habits with good habits and watch how much closer you get.👊🔝

STRESS REDUCTION #6: CUT OUT CRAVING - Stress causes Weight Gain when you crave Trigger Foods high in fat, sugar, and salt. Craving is driven by one of the chemicals in your brain called Dopamine. Dopamine is released into the space between nerves and the binds to a specific Dopamine receptor that activates the next brain cell in the Dopamine pathway (see slide). Dopamine gives us the energy to take on a new project, exercise , or do something constructive. However, Dopamine release also motivates bad habits like overeating pleasureful foods in response to stress. Dopamine drives the desire for drug and alcohol abuse. As Dopamine gets released repeatedly, judgement and the ability to resist the habit is weakened. The Prefrontal Cortex or PFC is inhibited as the Pleasure Center is stimulated repeatedly. Obesity is classified as a substance abuse disorder, because the behavior persists despite the known negative outcome of weight gain. Stress and Isolation affect the ability to handle changes causing stress. It is hard to break these habits of craving alone. Reach out to a coach or a group for help and have the right amount of protein to control hunger along with Balanced Nutrition and a Healthy Active Lifestyle to better control food cravings to achieve a Healthy Body Shape!!!
