Lenten Recollection 2025
"Pilgrims of Hope, Renewed in Christ, Sent in Mission”
Today, we journeyed together as pilgrims—longing for peace, seeking hope, and opening our hearts to the renewing grace of our Lord. This Lenten Recollection has been a sacred pause amidst our daily routines—a gentle reminder that even in the busyness of life, God invites us to draw near, to be still, and to remember that we never walk this journey of faith alone.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Fr. Junel Banajos Fuentes, our recollection speaker, for walking alongside us today and for sharing with us God’s message of mercy, hope, and healing. Your words stirred our spirits, invited us to look deeper within, and called us to trust in God’s promises with renewed faith. Because of your guidance, we leave today as pilgrims of hope—renewed in Christ and ready to live out our mission with courage and joy. We are also truly grateful for the Sacrament of Confession you administered, allowing us to experience the healing embrace of God’s forgiveness.
To Fr. Allen Garcia, our heartfelt thanks for presiding over the celebration of the Holy Eucharist and for also hearing our confessions. Thank you for making this day even more meaningful with your pastoral care and prayerful guidance.
And of course to our dear bosses, Ma'am Ritchel and Sir Joel, for giving us the gift of time—to step away from the demands of work and rest in God. Your support allowed us to reflect, reconnect, and be spiritually refreshed.
As we end our recollection, may we carry forward the peace and joy we received. May we continue to walk in faith—not just as workers, but as pilgrims of hope, ready to serve with renewed hearts and faithful spirits.
