The medical-dental team rendered their services during their campus rounds scheduled on March 3-7, 2025 held at the Campus Clinic of PSU-SM led by the University Physician,, Dr.Christia Marie P. Flores, ,and University Dentist, Dr. Cristina U. Manansala.

The activity aims to maintain the physical and oral health as well as the integrity of the teeth and their supporting structures by providing medical and dental consultation, treatment, health advice and information exchange particularly to those individuals with illnesses and diseases.

The Immersion students of Red Arrow High School have their 10-day observation/training at the PSU-SM, some of them were assigned at the campus clinic The campus nurse Ms. Bethsaida E. Oller, trained them on vital signs taking, height and weight measurement, inventory of medicines and medical supplies, encoding request letters, reports and sorting medical records. They have also observed other medical activities like flu vaccination, health profiling, blood sugar monitoring, health counseling, treating minor ailments by giving medicines and first aid to patients.

Imparting knowledge and demonstrating actual teaching is very crucial for them to learn the different health services given to employees and students. This served as one of their foundations as they go through their health profession in the near future.

To ensure the health and wellness of the employees of PSU-SM, the campus nurse, Ms. Bethsaida E. Oller, conducted campus rounds to different offices. She monitored the blood pressure, blood sugar and health profiling of the employees that helps them in the early detection of any illnesses and prevention of diseases as well. She also emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by exercising everyday, eating a healthy diet, and getting rid of stress to promote a healthy living and safe environment. This activity was assisted by the Immersion students of Red Arrow High School of San Nicolas, Pangasinan.
