That's why we are very grateful that we're able to turnover brand new laptops to PSWD as part of our company-initiated community development project for Pasay City, which focuses on PSWD’s sheltered street children to continuously undergo online schooling.

A community project with One Oasis and PSWD Head Angelica Roa-Yu.

-Installed 5 units dispenser, all testings passed
-Installation of drain pipes
-Installed price board framework

-Apollo drugstore almost complete waiting for installation of Countertop stoneworks
-Ongoing interior fitout works for bills payment
-Laboratory ongoing finishing of carpentry works
-Waiting for led panls for Xray room
- Ongoing tiling works for men and women common toilets
- Ongoing installation of lighting at car service area
- ongoung finishing works for common areas doctors hub
- Railings installaed, waiting for glass works
- Waiting to finalize plans of Dialysis area
-Ongoing installation of wires at panels at Electrcal Room

-Ongoing welding works on framework of gas canopy, target to finish all trusses by next week
- Ongoing drywall frames installation in apollo and disgnostic
- Exterior walls in Apollo already finished
- Electrcal works in Apollo ongoing
- Second floor slab at food hub already done tonight
- Half of Commercial Building already ready for roofing, trusses installed
- Next week to target remaining roofbeams and trusses
- Waiting for delivery of AAC blocks, Roofings, Gas Pipes, Fusion Machine, Rebars, other requests

Goodmorning everyone! Here is the update of ongoing construction of Astral Hub at Lipa Batangas as of January 10,2021:

-Total of 33 column footings concreted
-FTBs concreted up to gridline G-J
-Ongoing CHB laying for building confinement
-Ongoing installation of pedestal formworks
-Preparation for backfilling
-Continuos fabrication of rebars for footings
-Ongoing deep excavation of tank farm
-Mobilization of PC200 on January 13
-Delivery of UGTs on January 13 as well
-Safety precautions on deep excavation is highly observed.
