1️⃣ Consistency is Key: Hindi kailangan ng hardcore agad. Focus muna sa daily steps at pag-track ng kinakain.
2️⃣ Nutrition & Recovery: Tamang kain at sapat na tulog. Sobrang laking factor ng recovery sa pagbaba ng timbang.
3️⃣ Protein is Life: Huwag kalimutan ang protein (itlog/manok!) para fat ang mawala, hindi ang muscle. 🥚💪

Nakakatuwa lang mapansin na yung mga dating hapit na damit, ngayon maluwag na. Hindi lang basta pagpayat, kundi yung pakiramdam na mas healthy at mas mataas ang energy. 🧘‍♂️✨

Small wins, discipline, at tamang pahinga. Mula 6 hours, naging 8.5 hours na ang tulog ko—recovery is real! 🛌💤
