TAKE CARE OF OUR EYES!

RECOMMENDED SCREEN TIME FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS

To avoid digital eye strain, you can follow the recommended screen time below:

👁️ Infant (less than 1 year of age): Screen time is not recommended.
👁️ 1-2 years of age: No screen time for a 1-year-old. No more than an hour for 2-year-olds, with less time preferred.
👁️ 3 to 4 years old: No more than one hour.
👁️ Two hours a day for teens and adults.

If you are required working with a computer screen for more than 2 hours, practice the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away.

Go to your ophthalmologist if you are experiencing eye strain due to prolonged use of gadgets.
