Womenโ€™s Month is a special time to honor the strength, sacrifices, and courage of every woman. Behind every success and every family is a woman who never gave up despite the struggles she faced. Women continue to rise, inspire, and fight for their dreams while lifting others along the way. This month reminds us to appreciate their love, resilience, and powerful voices that help shape a kinder and stronger world. ๐Ÿ’œโœจ

Many people are fighting battles that others cannot see. Behind a smile, there may be pain, pressure, loneliness, or overwhelming emotions that feel too heavy to carry alone. Self-harm is often a silent struggle, and many who experience it feel misunderstood, judged, or afraid to speak up.

This month reminds us that kindness, compassion, and empathy are always free to give. Let us not be the cause of emotional, physical, or mental harm to others. Sometimes, a simple act of kindness, a thoughtful check-in, or even a casual conversation can make a huge difference for someone who is quietly struggling. Even if we cannot see what others are going through, we can choose to be patient, gentle, and understanding.
If you are struggling, please remember that you are not alone. Your feelings are valid, your story matters, and there are people who genuinely care about your well-being. Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness it is a brave step toward healing.

Let us work together to break the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage open conversations, and remind one another that hope, healing, and support are always possible. ๐Ÿ’›

You are seen. You are valued. You matter.

We are proud to share that IMINHS TEENnig Pakinig is now officially recognized as a LEVEL 2 Adolescent Friendly Health Facility! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’š

This milestone is a meaningful affirmation of our continued commitment to nurturing safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces where adolescents feel heard, valued, and empowered. Through TEENnig Pakinig, we strengthen peer support, promote mental and emotional well-being, and uphold the importance of pakikinigโ€”listening with care, respect, and compassion.

This achievement would not be possible without the dedication and passion of our student volunteers, THK adviser Mam Naira, TEENdig Nurse Mady, School administration- to our dearest school principal, Sir Joe Titular and Head-Teacher Sir Ronald Lozano, school leaders, and partners who consistently work hand in hand to serve the youth. Your belief in the power of listening and your commitment to adolescent-friendly services inspire us to do better and reach further.

As we celebrate this success, we also look forward to expanding our efforts, deepening our impact, and continuing to be a safe space for every learner. This is only the beginning of a stronger, more compassionate journey for our adolescents. โœจ

It's Friday-Reminder!โœจ

It's okay to not be okay, your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and taking care of it should be a priority. Remember, it's a sign of strength to acknowledge your struggles and ask for assistance. Start the conversation, share your story, and let's work together to create a world where mental health is valued and supported. ๐Ÿ’œ

Your mind matters. Opening up is the first step to healing! โœจ

It's Friday Fri-Reminder!โœจ
Emotions are like waves - they come and go, some gentle, some intense. The key is to learn how to surf them, not get wiped out. By tuning in and understanding your feelings, you'll be more in control and ready to navigate life's ups and downs.

It's all about self-awareness, self-care, and finding your balance. When you're in sync with your emotions, you'll vibe better with yourself and others too! You'll start to notice patterns, like what triggers your stress or what makes you happy. And with that awareness, you can start making intentional choices, setting boundaries, and cultivating a more peaceful mind. It's a journey, but it's worth exploring - your emotional world is waiting!โœจ

The Empowering the Youth Symposium 2025, held last September 11, 2025 (Day Two), was more than just an event it was a truly meaningful experience that inspired growth, awareness, and leadership among the students.

The past two impactful days, students came together to participate in engaging discussions and interactive sessions that focused on mental health, reproductive health, self-care, responsible decision-making, and overall wellness. The symposium provided a safe and supportive space where young minds could reflect on the challenges they face and explore ways to build understanding, and compassion both for themselves and for others.

It wasnโ€™t just about listening to talks, but about discovering oneโ€™s voice and purpose. Each session encouraged students to think deeply about their choices, their well-being, and the kind of positive influence they can bring to their peers and community. The event reminded everyone that empowerment begins with awareness being aware of oneโ€™s emotions, actions, and the responsibility to create change, no matter how small.

As we move forward, may this experience remind us to continue leading with knowledge, confidence, empathy, and heart because an empowered youth today builds a better and healthier tomorrow.
